Update Standards & Testing Methods

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The newly integrated wallet cannot be used directly; additional testing and integration work are often required.	A strict uniform standard has not been established.	Many wallets want to go online with Ref/Burrow, but it's not that Ref/Burrow doesn't want to support them, it's just that there have been many issues encountered during the testing process.
