如图，empty表的name_en字段暂无翻译，所以都暂时留白，这种情况下导表会非常缓慢

经测试，有表头但没有内容的情况就会很慢，任意一行有内容都会使速度恢复正常

测试文件如下：

已在新分支解决此问题，我这里测试用的指令：.\excel2json.exe --excel "empty.xlsx" --json "empty.json" --header 2 -a，以下是运行结果：
