Maybe we could add a checkbox to the user settings:
☑️ Stress me out with stats about story points
Turning this checkbox off would remove the story points and turnover from the sprint cards:
We feel like this would belong to the company value "Bring Your Whole Self to Work.", so you can find a way of working (and receiving feedback) that fits for you.
We understand that the story point statistic can be one of many things to look at to see how an employee is doing, and to give feedback to them, so we wouldn't remove it completely. But see this as a way to reduce stress for anybody who wants that.
We also thought that adding a new statistic about all the points in the whole sprint could strengthen the feeling that we can support each other and the goal is not to be the best. So you could see something like "95/120 Story Points are done". This would belong to the company values "Solve Problems, not Tickets." and "Be Gandalf!"
