Add site/app exceptions to keyword blocker

It is convenient that websites and applications aimed at productivity, for example, are not subject to keyword blocking. So adding an exception to specific sites is interesting in the keyword blocking function. So, if DigiPaws finds the word "explicit" on my university's website, I can set it so that it doesn't count — because it's harmless in that case.
