Method of install for version 4.0.4

Looking to see what are the install steps to update our Grafana plugin to match the newer 4.0.4 versions to fix the memory leak. Using the granfana updater didn't seem to bring us to the latest and greatest. THANK YOU FOR THE FIX!!

If you made any customizations to the plugin's source code, back up the directory you're about to replace, before over-writing it.

1. Obtain the plugin from https://github.com/neuralfraud/grafana-prtg
2. Click the green Clone or Download Button
3. Select Download ZIP and save
4. Unzip the downloaded file to your desktop
5. In the unzipped file, navigate to the jasonlashua-prtg-datasource directory; with this, you'll replace the existing jasonlashua-prtg-datasource in the Grafana directory (on the Grafana server): data/plugins:

On a Windows machine, this is C:\Program Files\GrafanaLabs\grafana\data\plugins
On Linux: /var/lib/grafana/plugins

Worth noting:

• Data rate calculations change in this version, so depending on what graphs you use, you might have to adjust the data rate and multiplier
• If you have any graphs break, its because the channel title changed for some visualizations. To fix, simply re-add those channels in any affected views.
