Add a auto-refresh feature to the events list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When monitoring events, i find myself constantly going back and forth to the /events view just to have it refreshed and display the latest events...

It'd be super handy if the dashboard would optionally automatically refresh the events list, ideally letting the user set the desired frequency of the refresh (every 5s, 15s, 30s, 60s, 3min, 5min...?), similarly to how grafana does it...
