New dataset dcm-brno

I would like to push a new dataset of DCM patients acquired at University Hospital Brno to our git-annex server. I believe the appropriate name would be dcm-brno.

@mguaypaq or @nullnik-0, can you please initialize the dataset and give me r/w permissions? Thanks!

Hi @Nilser3! The PR is actually being reviewed. There are some minor things that need to be fixed. I'm working on it. In the meantime, I think you can safely use the jv/add_initial_data branch.
