Some degenerative cervical myelopathy (DCM) patients have T2w/T2*w hyperintense lesions. Similarly to SCI and MS lesions, it would be great to automate their segmentation.
So far, we have available one (small) dataset with 16 manually annotated subjects: dcm-zurich-lesions (collaborator Gergely David, Zurich).
Note: not all DCM patients necessarily have hyperintense lesions visible on MRI images. Still, they have a clinical deficit.
