Support nested sorting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently I am trying to sort by a field that is part of the additionalInformation of a service. So when I am trying to sort I need to pass the nested path, but currently the sdk is only supporting sort by not nested objects.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to pass a sort query in the same format that elastic support, and have a test that check that the functionality is working properly.
