Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When running integration tests there is a message that says:

(node:152409) DeprecationWarning: Configuration via mocha.opts is DEPRECATED and will be removed from a future version of Mocha. Use RC files or package.json instead.
(Use `node --trace-deprecation ...` to show where the warning was created)

Describe the solution you'd like

We must update into the new format
