Please upgrade to React 18.2

I'm also having a problem that we cannot upgrade to React 18, since react-stepzilla specifies only React 17 as its peerDependencies

Since the last commit is from more than 2 years ago. @newbreedofgeek could you please give a brief info whether this project is still maintained?
