Visibility into the Lambda layer version in New Relic

I'm unable to find an effective way to identify the published layer versions that corresponds to a particular change/release in this repository. I used to be able to look at the publish-{layer-runtime} ci workflow logs for a particular commit and see what layer version it generated. But those CI workflows are no longer publicly accessible.
As a result its near impossible to identify what changes will be applied when updating layer version or correlate the node agent version used by a particular layer version.

Can information about the each tag and corresponding layer version be made available somewhere?

Additional context

This has security implications when I want to see what versions of various sub-dependencies are part of a particular layer version, to understand what security patches are included.
