Not currently, but until an endpoint and AMI are added to regions.json in the codebase -- you should be able to add support for yourself by expanding regions.json in your local copy of BWMG. This will likely require an AMI to be created in China, if nobody else has created and published one yet.

The endpoint is probably ec2.cn-north-1.amazonaws.com.cn
