Pull request text is mentioning unfixed vulnerabilities

I When checking the npm audit fix pull request at nextcloud/richdocuments#4242 I noticed that the description mentions dependencies because they are fixable (though manually checking only through force which breaks things), but the pr itself didn't actually touch those.

You can see in the diff that only the following packages were updated:

• debounce
• cross-spawn
• @nextcloud/vue

While the pr description list (added the local details from running npm audit)

• @nextcloud/dialogs
• @nextcloud/files
• @nextcloud/moment
• @nextcloud/webpack-vue-config
• @vue/component-compiler-utils
