Cannot add a contact

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Contacts'
2. Click on 'Add contact'

Expected behavior
New contact mask

Actual behavior
Nothing happens

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #452 (Can't add new contact), #781 (Can not add "Date of Death" to contacts), #814 (Federated cloud ID is missing from existing contacts and can't be added.), #190 (Can't create or import contacts), and #263 (Cannot move ownership of contacts).
