Create profile picture for firms

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Profile pictures are a problem and using social media is a solution, however there are blockers for it (e.q. Facebook). In case of firms or companies a FB page or other social media page is not even available.

Describe the solution you'd like

As the email address can be used for profile picture generation through gravatar it may be possible to use the icon of the webpage if submitted. For example, I create a contact for my university, submit the webpage, and the background process takes an icon from the webpage and sets it for the contact if nothing else is used.
