[Bug]: Nextcloud client makes directories world-writeable #6875

Bug description

The client messes up with permissions on newly created directories, making them world-writeable (777).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create new directory in Nextcloud sync folder
  2. Wait for client to synchronize
  3. Check directory permissions

Expected behavior

The client should not mess with permissions.

Updated from a minor version (ex. 3.4.2 to 3.4.4)
