Option to exclude directory from recent files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My recent files gets cluttered with data files from software for which I use Nextcloud as a sync target (for example Joplin).

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like an option to exclude directories from the recent files view, so I can see only the relevant recent files.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative is setting up a separate webdav server for syncing this data, but using Nextcloud is very convenient.

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
There could be a 3 dot menu on the recent file with options to ignore it or all files in its directory.
