Reopen document

Hello, I have installed nextcloud with nextcloud office and Collabora Online - Built-in CODE Server and when I open an .odt document I manage to edit it but when I close it and open it again I get this message :

Document failed to load
Nextcloud Office failed to load - please try again later

Can you help me solve this problem?

I'm running debian 12 with nextcloud hard installed.

It's likely a configuration issue, but just to be sure it's not related to a bug can you please send more helpful information like do you see any errors in the browser or the nextcloud.log file when this happens?

I don't have any logs in nextcloud.log when the issue occurs, however, in my browser I have the following:
