[Bug]: Update all apps button not working in 30.0.2 any more on Administration page

Bug description

I had multiple apps showing update available and clicked the update all button - but nothing happened. Then I tried updating them one by one and worked without problems. LogLevel was warning only and no warning and no error in the log. To retry with different log level I need to wait for more updates.

Steps to reproduce

1. When updates are available for your apps (notification messages indicating this), click right top user avatar.
2. Click apps
3. Click the update all button

Expected behavior

Start updating all apps having an update available.

No errors have been found.

Nextcloud Logs

Unfortunately no logging (level was WARNING).

Additional info

I was using Firefox 132.0.1 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 22.04. Unfornately cannot retry now with other browsers or different logging level, because no updates waiting now any more. The button seems to simply have not any effect.

The button worked in the past with previous versions.
