Steps to reproduce
select FaceTime camera as video device
video preview is not shown in device choice dialog
start video call
camera can't be opened
Expected behaviour
Video works as expected.
Actual behaviour
This error is shown at the top right:
I'm pretty sure that I'm not using the camera for anything else, and on top of that the green LED at the top of my screen that signals that the webcam is in use is off.
Also, on macOS there shouldn't be the same issue as there is on other OSes that the same video feed can't be accessed by more than one program at the same time.
