Case-insensitive username checkbox doesn't work as expected #165

With User and Group SQL Backends 4.7.1 I had "Case-insensitive username checkbox" checked.

My expection is, that login is gonna work, doesn't matter if Username is DonaldDuck, donaldduck, oder donaldDuck.

For me, I had this behauviour only after unchecking that box.

NC 23. Someone can confirm?

For me it works on 23.0.3
