Add ability to rotate images in 90-degree increments

I have the photos app on my Nextcloud instance, but it doesn't let you lock on rotating images in 90-degree increments. You have the slider, but it's hard to get it to rotate in 90-degree increments. Most photo apps have a single button that can rotate an image by 90-degrees.

Hopefully, this could be achieved without getting the whole photo-editor to load, having quick 90° rotation buttons available on the photo-viewer. Would tremendously help.

I agree, that would be a really cool addition... one of which a lot of the other photo editors already have.

The issue i previously opened in filerobot is now closed as completed 🎉
This means our request here can now be implemented in Nextcloud Viewer! @skjnldsv or another modenator reopen this issue :)
