Launch VeriStand silently using the veristand-server.exe

I'd like if the LaunchVeriStand() function had a parameter that lets you specify whether you want to launch VeriStand silently or not. If that parameter is true then the function would launch the veristand-server.exe instead. Having this available would allow a more seamless interaction with the API if they did not want to see the project explorer splash screen.
