List of known IPs/Bookmarks

Current behaviour:

If the IP of the Clementine host changes repeatedly changes between two or more 
known IP addresses (e.g. one WiFi at work, another at home), the user has to 
manually enter the same IP addresses every time the IP changes.

Wished behaviour:

Support one of the following options (or both):

*) Allow users to create Bookmarks for known IPs and display them at the start 
screen
*) Provide the user with a list of "Recently used IPs" at the start screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Clementine Remote 8.1 on Android 4.2
