iowait shows color of previous state

I was investigating an iowait issue I had. And using glances gave me a lot of information on my docker containers and potential issues. I did find some other issue with them, so big thanks for that!
But afterwards I noticed when the screen showed iowait > 10 it should be red, but when the screen was refreshed it showed the color of the previous value. And since the server is still going up and down above and under 10 it should have been switching when refreshed. But it did not do that until the next refresh.
