Halloween theme does not work all the time

Its been on and off on with the color properly changing as it gets closer to the bell ringing. Past few days it hasn't worked and is stuck on orange.

Thanks for the report! I'd to collect some details to reproduce to fix it:

• Does this happen with any other themes?
• What's your browser and operating system versions?
• Are there any steps to try to get this to happen?

Chromebook 3100
It just happens randomly but it hasn't worked most of the time. (cleared cookies and it still happens)
Other schedules work.
I'm using a shared schedule. at https://bell.plus/493684
It also happens with the other themes, so I think maybe it has something to do with shared schedules.
Also, edit.bell.plus just went down again btw.

Thanks, yep I'm on it to fix edit.bell.plus. Glad to catch it again, seems like some networking problem this time. Sorry for all the downtime, I'm working to get it more stable.

Thanks for the screenshots. Would you be able to open the JavaScript console with "Inspect element" and send a screenshot of that next time it's stuck? I'm wondering if any errors are printed.

(Had to pull up the console on my phone since I'm at school) ah, that makes sense. The CSS is failing to load.
