Hi Nicolas! Great work with SEED. Really loved the paper & would like to use it.
Is there any chance you had time already to create a working checkpoint? Or do you maybe even have the KC annotations available for the NSRR6 - SHHS dataset (best case)?
Any help would be highly appreciated!
Best,
Olli

I just finished reading your paper on SEED and would like to give it a try on my own sleep data in patients. I have gotten to the point of setting the environment up locally, but got already stuck on training the data on the publicly available data set (not a ML enginner myself). After talking to a machine learning engineer, I was told that I would need the checkpoints, which I could then use to make preditions without training the model myself. Has there been any update on this or (alternatively) a simpler guideline on how to do this myself? :) Happily taking any help on this.
