Scripts: Transmission Network

This directory contains helper scripts related to transmission network simulation.

favites_tn_to_cosmograph.sh: Convert FAVITES transmission network to Cosmograph format
states_over_time.py: Plot the number of individuals in each state of the transmission model over time
