At least for the first release or two, manual pushes to PyPI shouldn't be too onerous, so I'm removing the 0.0.1 milestone. We should discuss #14 and signing concerns sooner than later. But it's also not a huge deal to have some early releases unsigned, even if we move to signed releases later.
