Is it possible to swap the pressure sensor for a PP02?

I've just been digging around in my drawers and I've found a couple of Omron PP02 Pressure Sensors.

Looking at page 4 of the MPX5050GP data sheet, the MPX5050GP appears to have a built in amplifier and signal cleaner, so it's probably not going to be a "like for like" replacement, but if someone could point me in a rough direction then I'd love to give it a go!
