Position of switch Button

In Messagease the button to switch between letters and numbers is on the second position. Here it is on the first position. I always hit the wrong button.
Could it be changed?

Not sure what you mean.. just tested, and at least on my ME it's on circling the finger (top) key.

Aaah. I've only really used both-mode, so that'd explain why I missed that. Hmm...
