The recent branch merge (0f80d62) that requires endswith('.ds') -- needs to incorporate .con and .sqd as well.

The commit incorporates the loading of .con files 78e1647
This does not read in the mrk file - so the coreg cannot be performed. Need to use kit2fif to preprocess the data prior to loading.
