There's new models available in waifu2x, swin_unet:
https://github.com/nagadomi/nunif/blob/master/waifu2x/models/swin_unet.py , https://github.com/nagadomi/nunif/releases/download/0.0.0/waifu2x_pretrained_models_20230407.zip

Would be great if waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan could support those
