Error generating new item

I installed teampass version 3.1.2.146 on a Debian 12 server.
When I create the first item and save it, it saves normally, if I create the second one, after filling in the data and clicking save it gives me the following message
"No change was performed"

However, if I reload the page and try to save another item, it saves, but I prefer to keep reloading the page.

Has anyone experienced this or knows how I can resolve it.
