I opened an issue last year and thought it had been resolved after the update, but it wasn't. I attached a file with screens and steps to do in your environment. I hope the images help to simulate. When someone copies a folder and pastes it into another team (role) and the person belongs to a role that another user also belongs to, the permission is also copied to his role and it shouldn't be.
