One item stuck in loading

When I try to open a specific item, it gets stuck on "loading item".
Interestingly, I tried deleting the item and recreating it again, but the same thing happens, and it only happens to that item.
I can't copy the password.
If I try to edit it, it gets stuck on "in progress", showing information that isn't for this item.

Is there a way to remove this item directly through the database to try to recreate it again?

You can remove using quick action icon from the items list

I tried to delete it using this icon and create the item again, but the same problem persists.
No error appears in the Apache log, I monitored it with tail -f while accessing it, but nothing appeared. There is only the normal Apache log.

The page shows "Loading item" as if it were trying to open an attachment or the history, but there are no attachments and I recently recreated the item.
