その情報をまとめておくスプレッドシートを作っておいて、半年ごとにスプレッドシートの情報反映とかが良いのかな。
（詳細情報変えたくなったその都度githubにプッシュするのは手間なので）

スプレッドシートを作ってそこに書き込んでもらう方式で行きましょう
名前やアイコンも一緒に提供してもらうようにすればホームページ担当も楽ですね
