The sleep time is too short on MacOS

In the evaluate.sh, it only sleeps 1 second after starting the wsdb. But usually it takes more than 1 second on MacOS Air M3 15.2 (24C101). So it would be better to make it a little bit longer to make it work correctly. In practice, 3 would be enough.
