In order to cover the increasing usage of Android, we need to review and enable support for Android tests during Meson builds. Currently, when building with Meson using "Dplatform=android", it ignores "enable-tests" and displays a warning message like this: "test is not supported in android build, test skipped". The currently functioning tests are included only in NDK-builds.
