Also happened to me today when I disabled and tried to re-enable.

I just installed it and seems to be a great replacement. It inherits the syntax from banners, repo is current and it has way more features.

Don't think the devs will fix this issue anytime soon.

I built it for my own use and not necessarily a "banners" replacement, but I am glad others are finding it useful 😀
