Search suggestions dropdown shows inactive stations outside our region

If I search for instance for "Lana", I get also suggestions for places in France

Maybe we could add an "active" filter

I'm using the OpenStreetMaps API for P.O.I. It's a worldwide search, is it a relevant problem?
If yes I actually have to check if it's fixable.
