Hi, I have PLAYRDesign up and running and am ready to choose probes for mouse mRNA.

I am curious, are the default Primer3 settings that you provide on this site the same settings that are autopopulated when the Shiny GUI first loads? And are these settings that were used in the original article using the sample prep protocol described there? I am wondering if I need to change any of these values in order to attempt the protocol as described in the paper.
