Installer on homepage doesn't update installed version

I first installed Nomacs 7 years ago, current exe version showing as 3.6.1.1108. I thought it's high time to update it so I went to the homepage, downloaded the 64bit installer and...it's still the same version. Even though the releases page says version 3.16 is the latest

Also homepage & installer packages need to indicate what's the latest release version, or at least what version we're about to install.
