Add more notifiers

Currently, fikkie is able to send notifications using the following applications:

• Slack
• Telegram
• Discord
• Good-old e-mail

It would be awesome to add notifiers for a chat app you're missing. Please let me know if there are any, or better, send a PR! ❤️

I don't have a lot of experience with Microsoft Teams bots, so if you'd like, you could implement it and create a PR. Otherwise, I will try to do that later this week. :)

To test fikkie, I normally let it SSH to localhost. If you want, I could write some docs on how to setup a dev environment.
