I don't use cloud hosting, how would i specify a path like ./uploads for all the uploads. Not using s3 or r2.

How can I set the default price.

Is there a public btcpay server somewhere we can use or do we have to manually set that up? If no public instance then having a docker-compose install all this would be nice.

Need an example basic working .env file for use in config.php

You should be able to easily spin up MinIO or another S3 server and just point it to that

You can run MinIO or the like on the same machine you run this service on, no cloud needed
