Noto Sans TC getting blur on Chrome recently

I'm not sure i'm in correct places to fill this issues.

It seems like after mid of August, likely after release of v2.002,
Google Web Fonts seems to getting abit blurry in Chrome

here is the screenshot

left side was Chrome and the other side was Firefox. It seem like abit thinner on Chrome side, i'm not sure is Chrome bug or Font it self causing this issues.

Maybe related to adobe-fonts/source-han-serif#182

@simoncozens @chrissimpkins is Google Fonts serving VFs now or is that still in progress because of issues like this?
