Description

Can't load fee for basilisk

Steps to Reproduce

  1. run the app
  2. run test
npx playwright test tests/system/tests/assets/load.fee.test.ts -g "Can load fee for Basilisk"

Expected Behavior

Pass the test

Actual Behavior

Fee is shown 0, due to lack of TransactionPaymentApi
