Mention workspace in run-script output header

When using npm workspaces, I think it would be useful to include the workspace name in the output 'header' of a run-script.

The current output (npm 8.1.4):

$ npm run command -w workspace

> command
> script
...

Which could become:

$ npm run command -w workspace

> workspace command
> script
...

This would really shine when running a script in all workspaces (often useful with --if-present):

$ npm run command --workspaces

> workspace1 command
> script
...

> workspace2 command
> script
...
