Error upgrading EGSnrc - compiling user applications

Hi Reid!

I've followed the instructions on Upgrading EGSnrc here.
When I get to Step 6: Compile user applications, I get the following error:

/home/marsha-c/EGSnrc/HEN_HOUSE//scripts/finalize_egs_foruser: 102: cannot create /home/marsha-c/EGSnrc//home/marsha-c/EGSnrc/HEN_HOUSE//scripts/finalize_egs_marsha-c.log: Directory nonexistent

What went wrong and how can I fix it?

I'm trying to upgrade to the 2025 version on Linux.

Try removing the environment variable from this command. E.g.

cd $HEN_HOUSE/scripts
./finalize_egs_foruser

[marsha-c]

It worked! Thank you :)
